Using a ruler, measure the width of several of the largest leaves of your plant and select from the following choices:

(formerly Potamogeton pectinatus)

Spikes at some leaf nodes, all leaves 0.5-2 mm wide.

Widgeon Grass

Ruppia maritima

All leaves are < 0.5 mm wide.
